Nod to Death
This piece represents the essence of my original concept; to use what we think of as “compost” to capture the beauty of the debris we discard. Textures and forms of waste, celebrate the beauty of decay. Fruit, vegetable, and bone remind us that life’s ephemerality can be beautiful and amusing.
